Background

Over the past decades, Jeroen has built and sold several companies from the ground up as an entrepreneur. He was also hired by companies for market introductions, to increase sales or to improve sales teams.

Ambition

Whether I was working with my own staff, with a national group of agents or with a large group of franchisees, the question about my sales results always came pretty quickly, 'How do you do it anyway, could you teach us?'. As a result, for the past 25 years, I have been teaching salespeople in my immediate environment step by step how to improve their sales.

On top of that, over the years I have had many long, extremely engaging conversations with older people. Salespeople, directors and entrepreneurs who had retired long ago. Without exception, I thought afterwards on the way home: 'What an incredible shame that all this experience and knowledge has so "quietly" left the market. Someone else must now spend decades working towards that level themselves...'

Hence, these days I spend my time exclusively training and coaching salespeople and their managers. To drastically reduce the time it takes for them to operate at the very highest level. To give them the skills to make their sales go 'through the roof'.

Every evening, I look forward to the next day. Training another new group, discussing progress with a familiar group or telling companies about our capabilities.
