Background

If anyone has broad knowledge and experience in sales and advice, it is Robbert. As the founder of Victorraad Financieel Advies, he was immediately named the best entrepreneur in Flevoland. After which he continued to expand his thriving own company in an innovative way. He and his team advised entrepreneurs and private individuals for twenty years in the field of insurance, risk and assets and were frontrunners in the development of new online sales channels. He gained previous experience as a commercial director and MT member at a large insurance group and as a division manager at a well-known institute in education and training. Robbert also has a lot of experience in training sales teams, using well-developed sales methods. He started his career in the heart of sales, as a sales manager and sales executive. He has now sold his successful company to an insurance intermediary. Since then, he is focusing on training and coaching ambitious sales professionals and entrepreneurs at Sales Improvement Group.

Ambition

Sales, advising and entrepreneurship have been in my heart since the start of my long career. I now transfer all my knowledge and experience to people in BtB and BtC who are just as enthusiastic and driven as I am. The most important thing in our wonderful sales profession? Approach the customer as a guest and ensure that you always exceed his or her expectations. What can you expect from me during training? A warm welcome.
