Background

From an early age, Sepp knew that commerce was his passion. After graduating from the IVA-Driebergen, he started his career in the commercial world. To further deepen his knowledge, he later also studied Commercial Economics.

Sepp's career started at multinationals with strong A-brands, where he gained experience in various commercial roles. He managed customer relationships, managed sales teams (both inside and outside sales), and held various management and MT positions. In a role as Business Planner, he also gained insight into how sales and marketing actions affect an organisation's production, purchasing and planning teams.

With this solid foundation, Sepp chose to share his knowledge and experience at various companies as an independent, and later as a Sales Improvement Professional. He optimised and professionalised management and commercial teams at many organisations, always with improving results as his goal. He also seized the opportunity to work for a single client for an extended period of time, where he was involved in large commercial projects and gained valuable experience in M&A activities, both selling and buying companies.

Sepp's structured and process-oriented approach, combined with his commercial drive, ensures more manageable and predictable results. With Sepp, you bring in a results-oriented professional who creates real change and can anchor it within the organisation.

Ambition

Where it gets challenging, that is where my strength lies. Building, changing, developing and implementing strategy, and realising the growth and optimisation of organisations: that is what I like doing best. I am convinced that structured processes and measurable results, combined with a well-thought-out commercial approach, make companies stronger and more future-proof. My goal is not only to think along, but also to actually implement and secure-always with the intended result in mind.
