After studying Computer Science, Erik built an international career, gaining both individual executive commercial experience and leading teams with various sales formats, such as direct sales channels, consultative selling and selling with and via partners (indirect). As P&L manager, he managed teams with a very varied composition, from smaller national delivery units to seriously large international business units. Besides this integral line responsibility, he has also not shied away from the functional line. Erik is hands-on, likes to think collaboratively and has a passion for personal development. He is highly analytical, likes a joke at times and is always driven and focused on achieving success for those he assists.
My ambition is to share, whether that means sharing experience or dividing actions and then celebrating the final result together.
